<h2 class="center">“My Problem is My Metabolism”</h2>
A lot of people say things likes …
- “Oh it’s just my metabolism”
- “I’ve got bad metabolism”
- “My metabolism just stinks”
- “My metabolism is GONE!”
- “I guess I’m just meant to be fat”…
Well, ya know what: In many cases they are 100% correct. It IS their metabolism. But that’s not some unlucky curse! That’s not some death sentence. And, by the way, you are NOT meant to be fat!
Science shows that there are numerous things that CAN alter or slow your metabolism. Some examples?
- Hormonal changes
- Significant life stresses
- Child birth
- Major health issues
- Sedentary jobs
- Your body’s composition - % of muscle, fat, water, etc.
- What you eat
Of course, these are just a few things. But here’s the deal: Science also shows there are many things that can alter your metabolism for the BETTER! YES, your metabolism may have been impacted and slowed …. BUT the good news is this:
<h2 class="center">You can change that!</h2>
Metabolism CAN be bumped up … just like it’s been bumped down! It can be altered for the better.
Do NOT let the fact that your metabolism may be in a funk LIMIT you. Think out of the BOX on this. Learn about this and decide to shift your thinking. Change your self-talk to say things like:
- My metabolism is cranking up!
- It’s burning fat like never before!
- It’s working FOR me!
When you begin to understand your body and its DNA along with the strategies we teach in The Lifetime Metabolics Program you CAN say these things with confidence … and see the effects of them happening! We will use this quote again this week …
